1. Services

We provide creative services including branding, social media content, UI/UX design, presentations, web design, and print collateral. Service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon in a separate scope document or proposal.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and designs on our site and created by us are our intellectual property or licensed to us. Clients will receive rights to final deliverables upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase projects in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All project costs will be shared in advance.

  • A minimum of 50% advance is required to start any work.

  • No refunds will be offered once work has commenced or assets have been delivered.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear instructions, timely feedback, and access to necessary resources. Delays in feedback may affect delivery timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

6. Use of the Website

Users must not:

  • Engage in any unlawful activity

  • Attempt to hack or interfere with our site

  • Use our content without permission

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service agreements if terms are violated or due to non-cooperation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

Special Clauses

  • Projects may be used for portfolio, case study, or marketing purposes unless a written NDA prohibits it.

  • D-Hunter Designs does not guarantee SEO rankings, ad performance, or any quantifiable results unless explicitly stated in contract.

  • Minor revisions (up to 2 rounds) are included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
